Inoue Chihiro is a supporting character in Blue Reflection. She is a first year student of class 1-A at Hoshinomiya Girls' High School and a member of the Handicrafts Club.

An odd, quiet girl with a big heart, she often has trouble expressing her thoughts and feelings, making a situation worse for everyone involved.
Appearance[]
Chihiro has strawberry blonde pigtails and a petite build. She wears a heavily-accessorized version of the standard Hoshinomiya Girls' School Uniform, with multi-colored scrunchies and socks, a pink chou chou vest, and purple Mary Janes. She can often be spotted carrying around her favorite mauve purse.

After some of the student's personal effects go missing, Chihiro is accused of being a thief. Shirai Hinako learns that Chihiro knows who the real culprit is, but she does not want to reveal the information, due to not being able to express herself properly, or to cause any further trouble.
A lover of flowers, Chihiro tends the gardens at school in an attempt to win over her classmates. Eventually she is able to turn a corner, but still ends up overwhelmed, and runs away from her classmates' adulation. It will be a little longer before she is able to process this new situation.
Etymology[]
- Chihiro means "abundance" (千紘).
- Inoue means "community" (井) and "above" (上).
Trivia[]
- Chihiro has the unique ability among supporters to revive Reflectors. It is advisable to assign her to Shijō Yuzuki's team, as she does not possess her own revive ability until reaching level 20 in both defense and support.
- Chihiro is skilled at crafts, and frequently builds her own teddy bears, presenting them as gifts to her friends, or placing them around the school as a form of Hide and Seek.
