Mizusaki Shino is the leader of the Rouge Reflectors in Blue Reflection Ray. Initially shown to be suffering from a mysterious affliction, Shino was the one who gave the Rouge Reflection rings to the Rouge Reflectors and instructed them to collect Fragments of young girls, to open a gate to the Common.
Shino was also known as Lady Nekunan, leader of the St Inés religion. She was also the first student council president of St Inés Academy.
Personality[]
Shino is cold and calculating, placing logic before emotion. She wishes to erase the pain of all the girls she and her Rouge Reflectors steal fragments from, but at the cost of their emotions, and perhaps even their will.
Appearance[]
Shino has long gray hair and red eyes. She wears a dark blue full-sleeved gown with a light violet neck ribbon and shoulder frills, and has dark blue stockings with brown penny loafers.
In her primary Reflector form, she wears a white and dark blue dress with red accents and massive purple sleeves. She also wears black stockings and white pumps.
She does wield a physical weapon but is immensely powerful.

As the leader of the Rouge Reflectors, consisting of Hirahara Mio, Komagawa Uta, and Yamada Niina, Shino's goal is to open the gate to the Common and create a new world free of emotion, and one in which her will reigns supreme. To do this, she must collect the fragments and emotions of ordinary girls in order to gain power. She will take advantage of anyone to do so, with Mio ultimately paying the highest price.
After Niina deserts the team, Shino decides to recruit new Reflectors, bringing Tachibana Ryoka and Sumeragi Amiru into the fold.
It is later revealed that Shino had been severely emotionally traumatized as a child. Her Mother held a leadership position in the Church of St. Ines, and held Shino up as not only a spokesperson for the Church, but also it's Messiah. Her cherished twin sister Mizusaki Kano, meanwhile was made to be a pariah. She was severely abused by their Mother, her only usefulness being Shino's body double when she needed to rest.
The relationship culminated with Shino being forced to watch her Mother making a blood sacrifice out of her sister Kano, at which point the original Shino decided to take her own life, and the present day Shino was born.
Hirahara Hiori eventually discovers a form of the original Shino, with her original personality and emotions intact. She vows to protect this shy and innocent girl from Uta, who seeks to destroy her.
At the conclusion of Ray, Hiori and her friends confront an older, future version of Shino in the Common and put an end to her schemes once and for all.
