About[]

Profile[]

Appearance[]

Lime has long wavy blonde hair and pale, green eyes. She wears the standard Hoshinomiya Girls' School Uniform with a blue neck ribbon, white thigh-high stockings and brown dress shoes.

In her Reflector form, Lime wears a ballet-inspired costume with a white and blue leotard, white skirt and a green flower barrette. This is complimented by full-length white gloves, calve-length white boots, and a green chest bow.

Her primary weapon is Mr. Bear, a yellow magical teddy bear which can grow to several times its original size, and which Lime can direct like a puppet.

Personality[]

Of the two sisters, Lime is more selfish and logical, as she seems to care more about her cause than of the welfare of others. Hinako and Yuzu are very important to her, however.

Lime is a good pal and generally joins in on fun school activities. She can also be stern. and will draw a line if she finds the antics of others unacceptable, or feels that they are wasting time.

Blue Reflection[]

Lime suddenly appeared as a student at Hoshinomiya Girls' High School one day. None of the other girls knew where she came from, and inexplicably she is missing from the class photo taken at the beginning of the school year.

The truth is that Yuzu and Lime are Guardians of the Common, an unseen world in which the emotions of people gather. They are attempting to fend off the Sephirot, lumbering beasts that are attracted to points of intense energy, such as the one at Hoshinomiya. The Sephirot pose a great threat to the planet and are also unknown to humanity.

With her sister Yuzu, Lime scouts Hinako and recruits her as a Reflector on her first day attending Hoshinomiya. Together, the three of them attend to the other student's personal issues, find their Fragments in the Common, and assist Hinako in stabilizing and acquiring the Fragment. They issue Reflector Rings to the stabilized girls, allowing them to share their strength. The Fragments and Supporters give the Reflectors the ability to fight off the Sephirot that continuously attack their Singularity.

Later on, as Hinako's conviction wavers, Yuzu and Lime explain that if she is able to defeat all the Sephirot threatening the high school and the world at large, she will be granted one wish. Hinako would like to use this wish to heal her injured leg and ability to perform ballet again, and her determination is restored.

Eventually, it is revealed that Yuzu and Lime lied to Hinako about receiving a wish for defeating the Sephirot. It was merely an enticement to receive her co-operation. Not only that, upon their eventual victory, the timeline will reset and Hinako will retain no memories of Yuzu and Lime. This deception does not change the fact, however, that they loved Hinako very much, and she is able to forgive them.

Yuzu and Lime had actually passed away some time ago in a tragic accident. While in the hospital, they had seen Hinako perform in an international ballet competition on TV. So enamored were they with Hinako's graceful movements, that they decided then and there they wanted to be her friend and work alongside her. This is how Hinako came to be a Reflector.

The story culminates in the appearance of Daath, a God who seeks to assimilate all of humanity into a singular being in order to preserve his strength. Daath opposes the Sephirot, and knows that the power of human bonds is required to overcome them. However, over the course of the generations-long battle with the Sephirot, Daath feels that the bonds of humanity are weakening, and that drastic action is necessary to continue the struggle.

Hinako is abhorred at the thought of people losing their emotions, and steels her resolve. Determined to find another way, Hinako, Yuzu and Lime challenge Daath in a final bid to save humanity.

Hinako, Yuzu and Lime emerge victorious, but the euphoria is short-lived. Yuzu and Lime, having completed their duties, must return to the afterlife. In the end, Daath keeps his promise and grants Hinako one wish. She uses it to keep the memory of her cherished friends with her, for now and always.

Blue Reflection Ray[]

Yuzu and Lime reprise their roles as Guardians of the Common. A powerful adversary named Mizusaki Shino is attempting to breach the Common to fulfill her own twisted vision of a world without emotions, and Hirahara Hiori seeks out the sisters to try and find a way to stop Shino. Yuzu and Lime come to Hiori's aid in her fight against Shino and her cohorts at the Saint Inés Academy church.

When the other Reflectors are incapacitated or are otherwise unable to pursue Shino, Yuzu and Lime become the Common's last line of defense.

Blue Reflection Tie/Second Light[]

During the events of Blue Reflection Ray, a strange Ash begins falling from the sky, turning those who come into contact with it critically ill. As the Ash Phenomenon turns into a crisis, Yuzu and Lime create the world of Oasis as a safe haven, where they summon Reflectors from around the world and find a way to deal with the crisis.

Oasis consists of a school on a tiny island surrounded by a vast ocean, with magical connections to other worlds known as The Faraway. The school is powered and fully functional, and there is even a social media platform known as FreeSpace! that allows the girls to communicate with one another. However, the computers do not have an internet connection and there is no way for the inhabitants to communicate with the outside world.

The plan has complications, and Yuzu ends up losing her emotions. Lime, meanwhile, has fallen into a comatose state, having sacrificed her power to sustain Oasis and protect it from the outside world. Hoshizaki Ao, the leader of the new group of Reflectors summoned to Oasis, eventually meets up with Yuzu and finds a way to restore both of the sisters to their former condition.

The girls learn the truth about their world and the universe. The World System oversees all, and is attempting to reset the world by using the Ash to rid itself of humanity. The key to solving the Ash crisis is to defeat the World System and reset the timeline to before the period the Ash began to fall. At this point, Lime and Yuzu have completed their duty of summoning all the Reflectors to Oasis, and the young women prepare themselves for a final showdown.

Blue Reflection Sun[]

Case 00[]

The Protagonist arrives at The Land where God Lives. There, he finds a deserted town, and a massive pillar reaching into the sky. He meets Lime, who explains that the tower is known as the Cosmic Fang, or the heart of this world. Lime already knows the Protagonist, an Eroded boy from a faraway school who has the potential to purify this land. She tells him that he will need to rely on the Eroded girls and develop their potential in order to defeat the Testa.

Etymology[]
