Ryoka Tachibana is a character in Blue Reflection Ray. She's introduced in the second cour of the anime. Initially, she's a friend of Hanari Ruka and the other Reflectors; later she becomes a Reflector for the Rouge Reflectors.

Appearance[]
Ryoka is a tall young girl with dark hair and light green eyes. As a reflector her hair color changes color to blonde. Her reflector costume is primarily red and black.
Personality[]
Calm and caring, Ryoka becomes fierce and determined when matters involving Sumeragi Amiru are at hand.
Skills[]
Ryoka's weapon initially is a red sword, which she can turn it into a combination of a lance and tuning fork. With her weapon, she can cast deadly sonic waves that stun any opposition within a wide radius of her.

Ryoka meets Hirahara Hiori and Ruka after her close friend Amiru runs into them. While a caring person with seemingly aligned interests, Ryoka nonetheless places the importance of her cherished friend Amiru above all else, and chooses to make the necessary sacrifices when Amiru loses all of her emotions. She becomes a Rouge Reflector, and starts working for Mizusaki Shino, now opposing Hiori and her friends.
