Taya Fumio is a supporting character in Blue Reflection. She is a first year student of class 1-B at Hoshinomiya Girls' High School and very passionate about Music, often found perfecting her piano skills in the Music Room.

Personality[]
Fumio is a special student who was admitted to the school because of her talent in piano. Raised strictly by her grandmother, she has been playing the piano since she was a child. She has an absolute sense of pitch and devotes herself to daily practice in order to play the ideal notes. This is driven by her fixation to fulfill her Grandmother's every expectation.
Although she is completely unaware of it, she has a habit of speaking out loud what she is thinking and what she really feels, much to Shirai Hinako's dismay. Fumio also sometimes speaks in ominous terms such as "death marches" due to the influence of her father's working habits at his IT company.
Appearance[]
Fumio has long brunette hair, which is tied midway down with a blue scrunchie. She sports a tailored sailor fuku uniform with brass buttons, calve-length white socks, and brown leather shoes.

A piano prodigy who is gifted both artistically and analytically, Fumio is driven to write a masterpiece that will move her audience. Taking a page out of her Father's book, she employs 'Death Marches' in an effort to increase her productivity.
Hinako eventually helps her realize she needs to balance pleasing the audience with self-expression.
